Pay with any Credit or Debit Card via 2Checkout – (a secure online payment gateway)



This is available for U.A.E deliveries only, all other delivery locations will require payment in advance. Payment on delivery is only valid for items that are available in stock and will not be valid on any special order items. To select the payment on delivery option please select “Payment on Delivery” during the checkout.



The Build a quote function is available to all our customers and will not be processed as an order until a payment has been received for the quotation. To build a quote select the BUILD A QUOTE button in your Cart prior to check out.



Cancellation requests may be subject to cancellation fees.
Orders for customized products are not cancellable.
JustBarware will not hold orders more than 15 days beyond the acknowledged ship/collection date.



All prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).  Prices and specifications subject to change without notice.
Payment in advance for all orders is required.

www.justbarware.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in compliance with the law of UAE.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED / USD. If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods then the details on the Customers ID (Card holders ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.

In case of any disputes the law applicable would be based on the UAE Governing Law.


VAT (Value Added Tax)

As per new Government Law of United Arab Emirates, Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable at the rate of 5% as of 1st January 2018. From that date, VAT will apply to the majority of transactions of goods and services supplied in the UAE by any person/business required to be registered for VAT.



Some products can be subject to an 2-4 week lead time. While we make an effort to keep this information up to date on the site, if this information is important to you we would suggest communicating with our team for further information and a more accurate lead time for your specific order.



Freight terms are Ex-Works Dubai, U.A.E unless otherwise stated. Please contact us via our “contact us” form for shipping quotes or to arrange collection with your own freight forwarder. Please provide details of your order.  We suggest using our BUILD A QUOTE section to generate a quotation so we can provide accurate shipping/delivery costs if you require. Payment in advance is required on all export orders. Payment may be made via any of the PAYMENT OPTIONS listed above. All prices are exclusive of any applicable local charges and taxes.



JustBarware will ship in accordance with your instructions. When no shipping instructions are provided, JustBarware will ship via best means available. Shipping charges, including freight, insurance fees, and forwarding costs, will be added to your invoice. Please also see EXPORT ORDERS section above for additional details.



JustBarware will deliver free of charge within the UAE on all orders above AED 500. Other options are:

  • EX-works collection form our warehouse
  • A.E Orders below aed 500 will be delivered at a charge of aed 50.
  • Export: Please see our EXPORT ORDERS section above.



Received orders may be requested to be returned to JustBarware up to 7 days after receiving your order only in the case that the items are not as described. Authorization must be obtained from JustBarware in writing BEFORE returning items for any reason. When requesting Return Authorization, include the item name, color, etc. and reason for return. Products must be in original condition including the original packaging materials. All unauthorized returns will be refused and no claims for refund will be accepted. Some items may be subject to a 30% restocking charge. Return items must be shipped prepaid. Items shipped collect are refused. The above clause is applicable to standard items that we stock locally and does not cover any special orders, imports, or customized products, all of which are non-refundable.

All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.



If a product is received in a damaged condition, unpacking should cease, and the customer should request immediate inspection from the carrier responsible for delivery. It is important to retain all packaging until inspection is complete. A copy of the carriers written damage report is to be forwarded to JustBarware.



This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Justbarware Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

Information obtained at payment gateway site is encrypted to ensure your security. Its uses industry-standard, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to ensure that your information is encrypted.



All online payment services are provided by 2Checkout. Note that all financial transactions are processed by 2Checkout. and that Justbarware does not obtain any sensitive data such as credit card numbers from its customers. After confirming an order on the Justbarware web site, customers will be forwarded to 2Checkout payment gateway site to complete a secure online payment. Our 2Checkout account is under Chabowski Trading LLC.
